The wait was long, but the service was great! Delicious food, and servers were always around to ask for something.

I enjoyed the food and the service was lovely. It wasn't very crowded but the food was fresh and flavorful.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Never before have I been handed a piece of paper and been told to take the orders of everyone in my family. The server not only asked me to take the orders, but then they came out wrong even after I wrote everything down and explained it to him. On top of that the server got our bill wrong 3 different times. Food was not worth the steep prices. $14-$18 a plate. Never again.

I was blown away by the customer service, so I HAD to come write a review. Right after we sat down, we casually asked (just out of curiosity) about a certain Indian dish that we'd only ever seen on one menu, and just wondered whether it was a well-known dish in India, or just something that one restaurant had made up. The server said that it was a real dish, but that they didn't serve it here (it is a Southern India dish, and at Kohinoor they do mostly Northern India food. Interesting to know). The owner came over after that and asked us more questions about where we had eaten it and said he knew the man who owned that restaurant, and that he'd eaten that dish before. So we ordered off the menu not thinking anything of it, and when our food came out, he brought us that dish! I was so surprised that he would go out of his way to recreate a dish that wasn't on their menu just for us! It was awesome! I'm definitely going back next time I'm in the Orem area. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was perfect, the atmosphere was great, the booth and table were very new/well-kept and the service was exceptional.
