Every time (not even exaggerating) I come to this store I'm sorely disappointed. I have not had one good experience. They're very rude, unprofessional, and provide poor customer service. Host's name for my experience today is Zach according to my receipt.

I love their pizza! It's always delicious and the crust is perfect! And they have lots of choices. They are very quick at making the pizza and ordering ahead can be nice.

I like Papa Murphy's pizza. I have ordered over by phone and gone in and ordered right then and there and they have been accurate so far. The only thing is they have a lot of high school student working there and would be nice to have them to be more friendly :)

I just got back from Papa Murphys. I purchased a $5 Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese Bread, and Cookie Dough. While spooning the cookie dough onto the pan, I realize the sticker says "Enjoy by 19" I'm really hoping you didn't sell me expired cookie dough as today is Aug 23rd. I'm kind of scared to eat it.

I just got back from Papa Murphys. I purchased a $5 Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese Bread, and Cookie Dough. While spooning the cookie dough onto the pan, I realize the sticker says "Enjoy by 19" I'm really hoping you didn't sell me expired cookie dough as today is Aug 23rd. I'm kind of scared to eat it.

Went in today for the first time, will definitely be my last. I usually go to the 1600N location, and will continue to do so there. I called in my pizzas and the girl who answered was very friendly, I was excited thinking it would be a good experience since she was so helpful. Boy was I wrong, when I got there it was a little busy, but I wasn't worried since I called in. The kids that were working on the line to make pizzas were super moody, especially the boy. Not minutes after someone placed their order, they were leaning over to the cashier asking what one of the pizza on the check was, and she seemed to get overwhelmed and they just blew it off. The person was still in the lobby, if you were unsure why not ask them? When I got up to the register I got my pizza and went home. If you could call it pizza, when I went to unwrap the cheese there was only sauce on one side of it, and was sloppy all over the edges, the other pizza the dough wasn't spread properly, when we pulled it out of the over we were missing practically half a pizza, the sauce on that one was terrible too. I would've gone back but I figured they'd just give me unprofessional attitude since they had it while I was in there. Don't waste your time, go to the 1600N location.
