We come here because it's close. Today the tables are all dirty. They are super slow and there's no one but us in here. There is no one in the drive thru. A lot of standing around behind the counter. They forgot my salad dressing. Good thing I check. Just might need better management. I've been to other Wendy's that are more impressive.

THEEEE WORSTTTTT SERVICE you can get!!! Not even the quick bite is worth it! It's close to my house so I liked to stop here because it is convenient. I'm not lying when I say every time I have gone to this location my drink is halfway full, on top of that they never have chili. AND they forgot my fries on a combo. And everytime you order the guy is always saying "anything else" before you even finish your sentence and give you your total before you're done ordering. On top of that the employee that took the order (same one everytime) has the worse hygiene and the dirtiest hands..his black shirt had dust handprints on it. Usually I don't get mad because it is fast food, but I have given this place more than 10 chances and NOTHING ever changes. Drive the extra mile and go to a different Wendy's in Provo. Trust me it's worth it, you won't be mad while eating your food.

The cashier got frosty on his fingers so instead of washing his hands he licked them than handed me my food. The store is a wreck looks like its never cleaned. Poor poor quality and customer service.

Pretty dirty, floor was very sticky, tasks hadn't been cleaned. Good was good. Service was slow

We stopped here really quick because my daughter likes the kids meal. We waited 15 plus minutes for our food. Our drench fries were sold old they were cold and soggy. Our chicken was also cold! Waste of money and when I asked where the frosty was for our kids meal the cashier glared at me and said they don't do that anymore. That's fine but I was shocked by the change since I know they still do in other stores. My husband stated when we dropped his food off..yeah I should have told you that place on the weekends is awful!
