I came into -250 sore, tired and with a hurt shoulder! After the cryotherapy I was feeling energized and rejuvenated! The owner Brock kindly gifted me a Beamer treatment for my shoulder, then unexpectedly his partner came through the door, he happened to be the head adjuster. He felt my shoulder and put my shoulder pack into its place. They really took care of my buddy and I, they explained what the different treatments were and why they are effective for different benefits. Great job at a very affordable price! Thank you! Will be back for sure !

Just had my first cryo session with Brock. Very nice facility with lots of treatment options to offer. Brock is great, I can’t say enough good things about him. Very knowledgeable and very personable. I look forward to going back for my second visit!

Brock is an amazing Alternative Medicine Healer. He has over the top care and concern for his clients. I personally loved the Cryotherapy. I recommend Brock to everyone!

Brock did a fabulous job listening to my needs and suggesting the right treatment. I walked in with joint inflammation in my legs and left feeling 100% back to normal. The facility is very cozy and relaxing! I highly recommend this to anyone with muscle,joint,or tendon issues seeking a holistic approach to healing or anyone looking to maintain overall wellness.

I went to -250º Cryotherapy for a massage and ended up getting several other modalities as well. The owner used "Bemer" therapy and a "Far Infrared" tent to warm me up and get things lose and relaxed before the massage.
The massage itself was great. The therapist was very expert and used a mixture of massage and assisted stretching to really work things out and leave me feeling like something beneficial had been done (not always the feeling I get elsewhere).
Great work all around and a good atmosphere for athletes and anyone who's serious about results.
