Remedez Hair Spa at university place is the BEST!!! Great service & I had the best hair stylist McKenzie G. The gals behind the counter are very courteous. The other stylists are just as friendly. I love Aveada product ❤️

I like my haircuts with Loren. She takes a lot of time. I love the Aveda product called Brilliance. It adds shine without being greasy or heavy.

I usually come here (and only here) to get my hair cut. I don't have a usual stylist, as everyone I've had has been fantastic. I always leave feeling confident and excited with the cut I've chosen to go with. I also LOVE Aveda products, and what I love even more is that the stylist always tells you what they're using, what the main ingredients are, and what the benefits are of using the product. They're never too pushy when it comes to recommending you buy the products, but it's always nice to know that they offer everything they use on you in the store.

I have never been so disappointed in Remedez..
1) the girl didn't even talk to me.. she didn't tell me her name or anything. She probably said 15 words to me the whole visit.
2) I purposely scheduled a basic Pedicure, and not the express one because I wanted the foot massage. Well she went so fast- she literally put the salts on my legs and feet and rubbed them for all of 10 seconds on each leg.. She didn't use the jets in the tub.. she didn't massage my feet.. she just sped through the whole thing.
3) She put the polish on my toes so fast that it smudged and ended of drying all blob-y; and she didn't even cover my whole toes. multiple of my toes don't have polish on the sides at all. She also didn't ask if there was anything else I'd like; like a flower for anything.
The only good thing she did was ask them to change my charge to an express pedicure instead of the regular basic one because she said "I went pretty fast." WELL DUH! It was supposed to be 60 mins, I was in there for literally 20 mins.
I have never been so unsatisfied before with them. That experience ruined it for me. I will probably never be back.

My wife loves this place. It's what she asks for every birthday/ Christmas. Her nails always look great after and she comes back happy and not worried about the cleanliness of the spa.
