If i could put "0" Stars, I would!
I had a fairly good time with the actual massage therapist's, my main issues arose when there were BILLING PROBLEMS and the OFFICE MANAGER was difficult and rude. Honestly, I will never go here again because of the way the office manager dealt with my situation.
I had a membership, and would go in with my Fiance for couples massages. He would pay for our tips, and his visit when we left and it wasn't a problem at first. However, they started drafting MY membership fee off of HIS card! I called trying to be understanding at first (realizing it could have been an accident) but then it happened AGAIN!
When i asked the front desk for the managers contact info/name so i could speak with her about it (to make sure it would actually get fixed) the sweet girl up front said she was not "allowed" to give out the managers name or anything because she would get in trouble, and the manager doesn't like them giving it out.
Can i say HUGE RED FLAG? If you are a professional person, and an adult who can accurately and professionally deal with client complaints why would you need to tell/threaten your staff If they give out your name? It was so frustrating!
The only thing i received back from the office manager was an email. THAT IS IT! No calls or anything, and the email was not the greatest either. It was dripping with sarcasm and to be honest didn't relieve my worries about having my fiances card taken out of their system.
About a year went by, and i didn't write a review or anything because i felt like i didn't want to be a complainer. However, I got a notification stating they were trying to DRAFT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN for my membership fee! I was so confused, and when i tried calling again there was no response from the manager (surprise, surprise!) and i was honestly just so fed up with them. I have yet to hear back from the manager about these "Attempts" which is why I'm reviewing them today.
I will most like be reporting them shortly if i continue to get attempts for drafts out of my account when i repeatedly told them to take my account information off. This is probably the most unprofessional service i have had regarding billing issues, and i think the manager needs to put her big girl pants on and actually help people when they need it! Hope this helps, and really don't go here. It is not worth the headache!

We used to come here all the time, and it used to be great, but for the past year or two it has seriously gone very down hill. Yesterday was the last straw, we are cancelling our membership. Worst massage of my life. I'd rather face my college finals again. Horrible Horrible Horrible. #1 I specifically asked him not to touch certain parts of my body before the massage began, and he disregarded my request and when I told him during the massage not to touch there, he looked at me first like he didn't understand and when I repeated it after he did it again, he looked at me like I was crazy. Didn't hardly use any oil. When I told him the pressure was too deep he didn't respond at all... My husbands was just as bad She would either barely touch him or go way to deep. The receptionist was very rude when I called, and the whole experience was just horrible. And I'm not just writing this review based off of my last experience (although it was horrible) but its been horrible like this in the past as well with different therapists. We are in more pain after the massages then we were before. Do not go here!

Best massage in a long time !! Got us right in.
The massage therapist was very good and she made me feel comfortable !! I felt the price was average Abe appreciate them not being pushy with signing me up.
It was very clean and the table was comfortable. Will be back.

I like the atmosphere. The therapists are knowledgeable and do a great job. I have a monthly membership so I get my massages at a discount.
