Dr.Chiong was referred to me because of my insurance and I waited 6 months to be seen. As soon as my referral was sent over they schedules an apt, my authorization was out of date by 7 days. Why would her office schedule me knowing it was outside of the authorization date? The office visit lasted about 10 minutes and when I asked to be switched from my current medicine, she didn't even consider the thought. She drew labs even though I already had them done that month. I would never step foot back in her office, she doesn't truly listen to your needs or concerns. Its pretty sad that doctors aren't actually here to help anymore, just collecting money.
