Was very discouraged from last yr to now. Office very unorganized had an appt @ 1:50. There was a dozen people in front of me. I had to wait a month for an appt. according to the online website. BUT there had to be 15 walk ins in there, there was no way those folks all had appts..
NOW IT would have been awesome to know he took walk ins, maybe I would not have waited a month for the appt but it's not like anyone is going to answer the phone. Last yr it took a month to make the appt. leaving msgs and calling tooo much, my friend actually had to go and make it for me but at least it was better organized during the visit then. This yrs online to make appt wasn't a better experience either !...UPDATE 2 wks later they just called me to remind me my card was going to run out, do I want a 1:30 appt they have one but mind I may wait until 4 to see the Doc.. WHY bother with the appt in the first place ?
