Love the food. Been going for years.
Love the drinks. We always have a great time. And the service is good.
The owner is a great guy. Love to shot the breeze with him.

It tends to be fairly chilly in the center dining area. Multiple tables put jackets back on after settling in to eat. Wait staff is friendly although easily distracted both times I have been there. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Food was good... But the service was terrible, 3 to 5 minutes after being seated for our drink order, no chips or salsa. Never checked on us, needed refills on drinks and asked for refills on chips, never got them. I ordered fajitas and the tortillas did not come out with them so I had almost finished the meal before they were brought out. Bad night maybe but I don't want to take the chance again.

It was amazing!!! The waitress Natalie M was awesome the drinks were fabulous, and the food was to die for. Thanks for a great experience. We will be back in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice. Lol

Just passing through and it was the first on the list that stated best Pueblo Mexican food so we tried it. It was a total lie. The chips and salsa do not come with the meal. The salsa is very watery and not that great. I ordered Jorge's Burrito which said it came with beef or chicken, beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, avocado, and comes with either beans or rice and a salad. The food came out in less than 5 minutes but the plates and food were not hot. We did not get a salad and we got rice but were not asked if we wanted it. The burrito was large but only long. The inside of the burrito was mostly lettuce. The beans were only in one bite period, and I'm certain there was only two tomato pieces. The green chili was simply visible. The entire plate was flavorless. I only ate it because I was so hungry! I used the restrooms and was frankly a little scared to sit on the toilet. The stall walls either need to be cleaned for once or replaced. I had high expectations for this place, it seemed like it could be authentic and delicious but Taco Bell would have been a better option. I feel bad for Pueblo if this is the best Mexican food they have to offer.
