My family and I were looking for a nice place to grab a bite before catching an event at PNC. This was my first visit here and we didn't even get to eat! The place was packed even though we were assured reservation wouldn't be needed when we called in advance. We were sat with drinks and waited over 30 minutes only to find out the server couldn't provide us with an ETA on when the food would be arriving after assuring us that she put the order in over 30 minutes prior to this check-back. I would like to try back again when I'm in the area on a night when they're not completely full. Though I was upset we spent all that time waiting and had to leave with an empty stomach to catch the event, I did appreciate the server comping the drinks without us asking due to the situation.

Foods pretty good. Atmosphere a little stuffy. New menu is much better.

Great food and service. The steak frites were amazing, the Cajun style chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the ranch dressing that I dipped my french fries in is the best I've had in North Carolina. The drink selection was good, not great, but complimented the food nicely.

I am a vegetarian, and I get rice, beans, broccoli, and waffle fries which is a pretty damn good "vegetable platter" for a vegetarian, although I wish they offered a veggie burger too.

Great food at really fair prices! The home made chicken soup was really good..nice size portions..great customer service..a great experience!
