Dr. Bufano and the staff are excellent. It was nice to use an iPad to fill out my information instead of the old pen and paper. I got the full work up of x-rays and they were the easiest and quickest I've ever had. If you're looking for a good dentist in the Raleigh area, give Bufano & Bufano a call.

Bufano and Bufano have been great over the ten years I've been going there! I took my daughter in this week for her first appointment - they were so welcoming and sweet to her. I always recommend Bufano and Bufano to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Eric Bufano is one of the best dentist i have ever had! My kids and I have been going to him and his wife Lisa for the past 10 years and it has been nothing but a pleasure! He has great bedside manner and great nurses as well that make you feel very comfortable. They also have a very beautiful office and it is always updated and refreshing!

I always have a wonderful experience here. All of the staff are warm and welcoming and make you feel very relaxed. The office atmosphere is pleasant, cheerful, and of course, taken care of very well. Just need to get a, "Finding Nemo", aquarium in the waiting room! Just kidding :) My hygienist has been, Liz, and she and Dr. Eric, always provide excellent care with a smile. This office gives reasonable options for continuing care without forcing you immediately into expensive procedures that may not be absolutely necessary. 2 thumbs up all the way!

The Doctors and Assistants are EXTREMELY kind and Engaged with the patient. I love that they remember me and our conversations from previous appointments. The ladies at the front desk, however; are not very warm and hardly crack a smile when talking with you. They seem to have an attitude as if they are bothered by you presence. I realize everyone can have a bad day, but this seems to be the case every time I come to your location.
My rating would be higher but because of the interaction with the ladies at the front desk and how important first impressions are I can only give three stars. Please consider training these ladies to show more joy to each patient that walks through the door.
