Had a great first visit. Had teeth cleaned and visited with Dr. Thompson. She was so nice and explained the results of my checkup so clearly. My hygienist, Dara, was amazingly gentle and cleaned my teeth to shine like glass. The rest of the staff was so friendly! The young lady at the front desk made me feel like I was their most valuable patient. I highly recommend this place.

Just had another appointment earlier this week to finish the last of the dental work I needed done. Everything about the office and the staff is great and I have been really pleased. I highly recommend the office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Went to this dentist for a few years. I had multiple cavities filled by them. Of the cavities I had done two of them broke out and one has caused permanent sensitivity. Permanent sensitivity is rare but apparently *can* happen -- fillings falling/breaking out should not happen at all.

I just recently switched to a new dentist who will be re-doing two of these fillings today. The new dentist was professional and refrained from speaking poorly of this office but made many comments that indicated they were less than impressed with the work. They agreed fillings should not break/fall out. They also mentioned that sensitivity is much more common if a filling is not placed properly for a number of reasons.

Lastly - my new hygienist had to spend a lot of extra time on my first visit. After she was done cleaning she apologized and let me know that there was still cement in between my lower teeth from an old retainer that had fallen out. She asked how long ago it fell out - it had been years. Apparently RC&CD never got the cement off these teeth and there was plaque build up around the cement. :(

I do not see the D.D.S listed on the website that did my fillings, but they weren't done by Dr. Williamson, so maybe he is better? If you consider going to this office I would recommend you ask for him to see you personally.

I moved to Raleigh 1 year ago. I have never had any real issues with my teeth, but still got jumpy at the idea of going to the dentist. A co-worker suggested I try Raleigh Comprehensive dentistry. The entire staff and dentist were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable about my needs and insurance. The entire process was smooth! I did need to have a crown and my insurance was not willing to pay. But the office staff fought my insurance, even contacting NCDOI, and my insurance finally paid. That was a relief b/c it would have been hard to come up with the money out of pocket. This is a great office! From the front to the back, everyone is amazing!! :)

Awesome office! Was reluctant to go for a visit but they really made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Williamson was casually cool but at the same time really knows his stuff. The office and adorable front desk really relaxed the experience and actually make me look forward to the next 👍
