Dr. Wu is excellent as is his office staff. After hours phone messaging is the worst I have ever experienced in 50 years of interacting with medical clinics. You should not expect to receive a call back period, timely or otherwise.
There is no problem with calling when the office is open. That works as it should.
If one needs medical advice after hours in a timely fashion, that person is in trouble. If not for that, I would rate them a five.

As far as I can tell, the staff here really care about the patients and treat them with the greatest respect possible. Its refreshing to see that caring nurses etc. still exist. I would recommend this place.
