Unfortunately I was unable to get any further than the extremely rude receptionist. Initially put on hold and left there, I called back and the receptionist told me she was unable to tell me what insurance they were connected with and that it was for me to work out and was not their responsibility. Hope the Medical providers look at these reviews, as I won't be bothering to even try and make an appointment. I've never called anywhere to be refused such basic information, after providing my insurance details.
