The worst experience ever. Dr. Albert Munn was rude and disrespectful. He walked in rudly and was short with me. Cutting me off when I attempt to tell him the proplems I've been experiencing with my sight. I was very uncomfortable with his and staff manner, although, I noticed how the Caucasians were treated with politeness. Staff and Dr. Munn through there mannorism, clearly, without words, let you know the they do not care for African Americans or medicaid recipients. At the end of my visit, I asked if I may purchase a pair of glass from there. It was stated "we don't sell glasses"....Well, when you enter the building the first thing you notice is the variety of eyeware displayed on several walls. I also noticed that 2 caucasian patients, served before me, did not pay their fees until they finished their exam. Mine was collected immediately. Clear signs of discrimination in that place.
They are not the only place in Raleigh and for the same cost of their fees, even with medicaid, your better off elsewhere where you will receive respectful, friendly, and comfortable services with two pair of eyeglasses. ...

I took my grandpa here and he has been going to this place for 12 years. The way he grew up he was use to having to wait for whites to go before him but being that I am 20 years old I'm not use to this type of behavior especially in this day and age. We came early to the appointment about 30mins early and they made us wait for reasons unknown. Every white person that walk thru the door the seen before us even those without an appointment I wish this place can get less than a 1 star sincerely an African American granddaughter
