I would not recommend using this facility. I had surgery over 2 months ago and still have an infection that has not cleared up. I finally received my bill and the dollar amount cannot be justified when you request an itemized expense list for your charges and they will only just give you a total surgery amount. The total dollar amount for surgery was way higher than when I had recently had surgery in a hospital and spent the night. I only agreed to go here because it was supposed to be less. my advise is to go to a hospital.

Wait times in same day surgery can create added stress to patients who are already anxious.
Total fail on scheduling and planning. Enjoy the wait times.

I was very pleased with my experience at Blue Ridge Surgery Center. This was my first surgery and the staff was patient, comforting and very caring. The facility was clean and efficient and a had a friendly vibe about it. I felt like they really cared and they were very empathetic.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this place was great. My two year old needed hernia surgery and we were nervous wrecks about it, but everyone here was great. They are VERY kid friendly. They hold your kids while being put under and hold them again while they're coming out of anesthesia; not the scary experience I had imagined. They're patient and understanding with parents, have no trouble answering questions or providing you with reassurance. They called the next day to check on him and sound like they actually care. Dr Bukowski did his surgery and he was running and jumping and acting normal 6 hours later. If your kid has to have surgery I highly recommend this place.
