The said it would cost $4000 for 10 min of surgery. But contract with united Health care would only cover 1,600 so my 20% would be $ 292.00 and they need it up front. They wont even let you make payments that is very sorry surgery center. The are a rip off.

Billing department is rude and does not return your phone calls. After several months of trying to resolve a billing issue the manager finally calls me and was unwilling to do anyting about issue. Blamed it on the healthcare billing practice and that it is okay to bill you a second hospital bill because they claim the doctor didn't tell them everything he was going to do before surgery. Make sure you get an accurate cost of billing before having surgery. Especially if your doctor has a financial stake with the surgery center like mine did. I would have the surgery at the hospital.

This is by far the best out-patient surgery facility I have ever been to. The staff were great, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. If our family ever needs surgery again, this will be our go-to place.

Great care! Excellent staff! Nurses are friendly and comforting. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

The staff was courteous. I liked the extra "TLC" that kids receive. My son is 10 years old and went in to have his tonsils removed. The nurses were very sweet to him. When his pre op nurse discovered my son didn't have good veins for an IV, she asked the anesthesiologist to stick him. As a nurse, I really appreciate her not blindly sticking my son. The anesthesiologist got it in one stick and used the "numbing" spray to help with the pain before hand. The recovery nurse was also sweet. Everyone there was pleasant to work with.
