Today was my sons first visit at the Raleigh location for Duke Children's Specialty Services, we used to live closer to the Durham location. I have to say that our experience was above and beyond. Its never easy to take your child in for blood draw, each staff member we came in contact with was phenomenal!!

My little girl Emily loves the staff and faculty here and i am very comfortable bringing her and knowing they are more interested in her health and wellbeing than in our money. I will continue to recommend them to everyone.

This place is terrible. My son was a patient there for 2 years. Back in June, I called in, asking for some information, and was told someone will get back to me in 2 days. After one week, I did not get any call and decided to call in again. I was told the same thing. And that's it. I never got any response from then. Until 2 months later, I got a call from them asking me if I am in need of any information! That is ridiculous. I decided to transfer my son to a more responsible place.
