I wish I could give this place zero stars. I can’t fill my child’s meds they never did the prior authorization that was needed. My child came home with giant bruises on her arm. Absolutely horrible.

I was in the west wing here for one week, because I was self harming and suicidal. DO NOT send your kids here, the staff are rude and horrible. I was self harming in the facility and they shamed me, they made fun of me, and treated me horribly. Send your kinds to a good thespsist, not this place.

Yuh already know who it is. It's ya girl beefy G. This place gives me nightmares but I met some cool ass dudes in here and some hella messed up ones. I was there for a week, I probably saw the doctor like 3 times for 2 minutes. Bro came in the north smelling like a hollister store. The food was complete ass but I mean what do you expect, BUT THAT PUMPKIN PIE WAS SLAMMING! I had to give a star just for that. I almost witnessed a girl suffocate to death that was nice and she was voluntary she had the ability to leave but she had to stay like 3 day before she could be released. I witnessed 3 fights all of them were highly entertaining. AND YALL NEEDA GIVE MS MARGARITA A RAISE THAT WOMAN NEEDS IT. Well y'all can imagine how it was. God bless America. I'm out. (I forgot to mention I was fondled by a chick and no staff came to save me. I am now terrified when people come up behind me. Minus one star)

DO NOT CONSENT TO YOUR CHILD BEING SENT HERE!!!!! Was here for 5 days and it was the worst experience of my life. Staff is almost as bad as other children here. The staff were ignorant and would yell. I remember a girl self harming (digging her nails into her wrist) until she bled right in front of a worker and they did nothing. Concerned, I went and told the worker about this in hopes that they didnt see, and they said they saw but still remained idle. Another time, a girl took a picture frame off the wall and smashed it on the nurse. The nurse got severe cuts on her wrist and arm and had to go to the emergency room. There was blood all over the floor from the accident. Several days I was there, kids would gather on the playground outside (right in front of the staff) and give each other prison tattoos out of a staple they found on the ground, and a marker and tampon string. I was there for only 5 days and have so many terrible, true stories from this nightmare.

The staff are rude, they don't listen to what you are saying, they assume they know what you are calling about, and provide you with an irrelevant response. A nurse called me and only gave me her name asking for my mom's cell ( at first I didn't know where the call was from, so there was a little hesitation for me to give my mom's phone number out to just any stranger that called my phone) after I realized the call was coming from Holly Hill, I was looking up my mom's number (because I do not have it memorized) and I tell the nurse that I need to pull over to look at my phone to give her the number, she hung up on me. I then called back and was routed to the receptionist who at first wasn't listening to what I was calling about but later she apologized. I told her I was only calling to give them my mom cell phone and nothing else she said without an ID number I can't give you anything. I told her I understand that and I am not calling to obtain information I am calling to provide information if you want it. She later apologized and said that she was unaware of where that patient was in what wing which I thought was odd, but it's okay she was a little more polite than the other ones. Overall I'm iffy on this place.
