I would write this facility less than one star if I could .But the reason ,why rate so low is the customer service skills of the secretary.when I approached the window to ask her why was my dad's appointment was hour past the time .Even though we came at 12 o'clock and the appointment was supposed to be at 12:30 your initially supposed to arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time. By120 I finally asked hi ,there was a guy that came in after us and he got call before is the secretary then yells to me("he was late."). So then I proceeded to ask her when you're late don't you forfeit your appointment she gets mad and then proceeds to walk away and talk about me to another worker before the manager over heard the argument. Long story short if the that's worker has a bad attitude do you really want to trust your family members behind closed doors with people you don't know know? So I am taking my father to be cared for by less abrasive people.
