I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Parekh the other day at the Raleigh Endoscopy Center. Going in, I was very nervous about the procedure. But Dr. Parekh made me feel very comfortable. He came out and saw me before the procedure and I already felt better. When I went into the procedure, he made me laugh and took the edge off. He was very thorough and explained the results in a very clear way. He is very personable and understanding. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone and especially recommend Dr. Parekh as he was the absolute best. If you are even thinking about getting a colonoscopy in the triangle area, you need to go see Dr. Parekh!

My wife had a good experience here, but the issue has been their billing department.

My wife had her surgery done at the end of January and they charged her a large amount when she walked in that day. Our insurance company made us aware that we should not have been charged when she went in that day and that we were owed a refund. I have called their billing department 3 times now and every time they have told me that I will receive the refund in 2 weeks. It has now been 2 months since the first call and I have once again been told 2 more weeks.
