Some good doctors, but their staff and management are disorganized, and the online patient portal has serious flaws. Also, they will schedule you an appointment with a doctor, and then pull a bait-and-switch and have a P.A. see you instead.

Nichole Francis was awesome. She left, would love to know where she went. Ash Cook is also pretty awesome. The scheduling is somewhat of a issue. The surgery on my elbow helped out tremendously it was a 50-50 chance. I have extreme carpel tunnel in both hands, they recommended surgery on both wrists at the same time not gonna do that. Would recommend only if you have a exceptional pain tolerance to wait for an extended period of time before an appointment. FYI nerve conduction study= very huge needles and cattle prod...

I went to EmergeOrtho after experiencing persistent shoulder pain for two years. I met with Dr Rosenblum, underwent an MRI and surgery as well as follow up and physical therapy appointments. The practice's staff were helpful and friendly throughout the process, and I have been very pleased with the results of my surgery. Mine was a slightly unusual case, but Dr Rosenblum obviously did an excellent job during surgery as three months on I am pain free. The physical therapists in the practice are also excellent - I highly recommend Doug Holczer, who was my primary PT during recovery. Doug is attentive and professional, and he is such fun that he even manages to make physical therapy enjoyable!

My attempt to see the Orthopedic doctor was an epic fail yesterday! Formerly known as Triangle Orthopedic Associates is now EmergeOrtho. I arrived at my appointment early to allow enough time to check in, fill out paperwork ....the usual first time visit routine. After waiting for more than an hour, I approached the front desk receptionist and asked if I was going to be seen anytime soon. First off, she was rude! Second, she had an attitude when I asked if she would contact the back office to see how long the wait was going to be. Shockingly, I remained calm throughout the process and continued to ask questions about seeing a different doctor. Emergeortho was shocked that the doctor I was scheduled to see was even in the office. Really? Four other patients were in line to see the same doctor so the visit was going to take even longer....possibly hours! I don't mind the wait, all I ask is that the the staff informs us of the delayed wait. My husband had to be my advocate and requested to speak to the manager about changing doctors and getting someone to see me sooner. Again, the girl with the attitude....she attempted to ignore my husbands questions then quickly went on the defense causing a scene on her end. I calmly decided to cancel my appointment.....the new EmergeOrtho is NOT the same office as Triangle Orthopedic Associates where they handled my daughters broke wrist years ago. Beware! If you like rude front desk receptionists, tons of attitude, bad behavior from the staff members and be treated like crap, this place is for you! I'm moving on and finding a new Orthopedic location.
