Luke Russ is a great communicator, quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and really cares about his clients. I recently asked him to look into car insurance rates for me and he responded that same day with a $900 savings. I highly recommend him for all your insurance needs.

Luke Russ of Capital Insurance is HIGHLY recommended! I work as a financial advisor and have always had a hard time finding an insurance agent to refer clients to. Luke never up-sells or oversells, but consults with his clients and only recommends what is needed to protect a client from financial loss. He recommends no investment products, and for my own insurance talked me into a less expensive product than I went to him for. He's worked with several of my clients (including my mom), and not once have I felt he's recommended a solution that wasn't absolutely in a clients best interest. If you're looking for someone to help with your insurance needs, than look no further. Luke and Capital Insurance are great.

Jaime Fajardo with Capital Insurance was beyond helpful. I let him know exactly what we needed. Not only did he save us a lot of money, I found holes in my insurance. I have better coverage for less money now. I would recommend him to anyone!

Luke makes insurance simple. Workers' Comp is so complicated, but he takes care of it so I don't have to. I also appreciate how easy it is to get great coverage for homeowners and car insurance whenever I need it. I highly recommend Capital Insurance.
