Time and accountability are two things that are very important to me. Justin met with me, explained the insurance policies and their benefits in a way that was easy to understand, and did it in a very timely manner. Also, when he says he'll call you back, he does. He never failed to text/call on the time/date he said he would, even if it was months after we scheduled the follow up.

We initially approached Justin when we were lost searching for individual and group insurance plans. He laid out our options and best strategies for what we would require based on the criteria we provided. The personal touch means a lot these days. Justin makes health insurance easy. This agency is very quick to respond, professional, and knowledgable. I regularly send my clients to him whenever the topic of health insurance comes up. Justin makes me look good when I refer my clients to him.

I became a client of Cavenaugh Insurance Agency earlier this year when I entered the market for private health insurance. Justin was really helpful and patient in going through all the options with me until I chose a policy. Since then, the follow up service has been equally good - and I feel that he always places my best interest first.
