I am very satisfied with the service I receive at the AAI Raleigh S. Saunders location. My agent Velissa is always there to assist me. This is the office I recommend to others for their insurance needs. They are great!!!

I just recently bought my first car and My Agent Velissa Alvardo was great in explaining how the process works. She made everything convenient for me and she would always answer questions. Thank You Velissa

How do I start? I've had nothing but the best experience from the beginning. Mrs. Shirley Mabry is my insurance agent. She was very informative about the type of coverage options that was available to me. I also like the fact that I didn't have to go through too much red tape just to get insurance on my vehicle. That can be annoying and to some extent leave you with the feeling that all of your privacy has been violated. Due to the fact that I stay extremely busy I appreciate the courtesy phone call I get as a reminder and other offers time to time. Through Mrs. Mabry skills and professional experience, I truly feel like that the Auto Insurance Center not only have my best interest in mind but also values me as a customer. Mrs. Shirley Mabry is a GREAT asset to the company. Wherever they go I go. Love you and keep up the good work my Auto Insurance Center Family. :)

And anytime I have a concern or question, she is more than willing to help me out. They are very helpful at the AAI S. Saunders location and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a dependable and friendly insurance agency. I give them two thumbs up

When I first walked in to the AAI S Saunders office I was a first time driver buying my first car. I had no idea on what to do first or what was next. My agent Velissa was happy to assist me and guide me in the right direction. Anytime I call with any questions she is always there to help me. They are very friendly and professional.
