The Snotherly team has managed our home, auto and life insurance needs for, well, for a long time now. For almost two decades when we lived in Raleigh and for the additional 10 years we've been in the Charlotte area.
Javi has been on-point for us for the last several years, and never fails to give us the best service possible as our needs have evolved. I expect we'll be customers of the agency and Nationwide for as long as we're residents of NC.
The Snotherly team has managed our home, auto and life insurance needs for, well, for a long time now. For almost two decades when we lived in Raleigh and for the additional 10 years we've been in the Charlotte area.

I previously was with Allstate, and did not receive personal attention after many years with them. I married LaRue over 20 years ago and switched to her family friend Mr.Snotherly . We had good service and talked with many agents over the years......until Javi came along ! Javi keeps in touch with us and is a big help. We feel this is the personal touch an agency should provide. Thank you Javi and thank you Snotherly Agency .

Historically I’ve been anxious any time I’ve to deal with insurance issues or changes in policies. Since I’ve been working with Snotherly Insurance that’s all changed. The agents know so much about the intricacies with policies and companies. They also made every single step in setting up our policies easy. Our agent found the best policies for our family in both coverage and cost. We’ve worked with Snotherly Insurance for car, motorcycle, home, umbrella and Directors and Officers policies and without question, I believe we’ve gotten the best coverage options available.
I can firmly say, Snotherly Insurance is the only insurance company I’d consider using.

My family has been a client of Snotherly Insurance Agency for many years and we are extremely pleased with the professionalism, support and guidance from Alex and his staff. We have both auto and home and the combined rate is competitive if not lower than the major carriers.

I rarely give the highest rating (in this instance 5-stars), but I've been with Alex Snotherly's branch of Nationwide Insurance for years and am thoroughly impressed with them. We have 4 cars, 4 drivers, & a house insured with them, and they've been fabulous to help us get everything insured correctly and save money!
The 25 years prior to Nationwide, I was with State Farm, Geico, and Allstate, and the Snotherly agency has given me the best price AND service I've ever had from any insurance agency. He & his staff are personable, intelligent, responsive, and patient and explain things extremely well when I don't understand something.
I can't say enough good things about this agency and truly believe you'll be glad you got in touch with them. I've been thrilled with their service and price from day one!
