CrossFit Invoke

I really enjoy visiting other CrossFit boxes when traveling. This morning we dropped in at CFI and we left with a great WOD, met some awesome people and enjoyed an incredible trainer - Ted. You’ve got a wonderful culture, CrossFit Invoke! And, we loved “Reggie”!

Dropped in this week while visiting the area for work.. Really enjoyed the 7:30pm class I attended both days.. The coaching was super involved and the rest of the class was great w motivating each other and everybody went out of their way to welcome me and make me feel comfortable.

Would recommend this box to anybody in the area for any amount of time!

I recently dropped in the CrossFit Invoke as I am from Michigan. They were warm and inviting, helpful and encouraging. I am a 1.5 year member at a Michigan CrossFit but was a bit nervous as this was my first time as a drop-in. Thanks for a great workout...will come back when I visit my family again next year! Thanks!!

Dropped in while I was in town for work and had a great time. Nice group of people and welcoming to new comers. The coaches took the time to talk me through some areas I need to improve with a very positive attitude! Good stuff!

Dropped in while traveling for the 6AM class, coach was great and members were friendly. Great gym for my first drop in experience! Will definitely go again next time I am in the area.
