I went to PNC Bank and Ms. Jenny Grant a fine lady, met with me and provided sustantial information of what I was looking for. The staff's customer service was impressive. Thank you PNC and Kudos for Ms. Grant and PNC Staff in downtown Raleigh.

this is the worst bank in the world. Their customer service is terrible and all they do is transfer you from one place to another. When i signed up for this bank over a year ago, i was supposed to have the backdraft/overdraft protection for my account, and somehow the rep who signed me up at the Brier Creek location "just happened to forget to included that in my plan" Because of this, I was charged $85 in fees and the money was never returned to me. They now cant put this protection on my account because my credit fell below "their" standards. I have had nothing but problems with RBC from the moment my wife and I satrted using them. STAY AWAY
