Slow and rude. It takes forever for medication. The staff think they're too good to work there and treat the customers and other staff like nuisances. They don't answer the phone, they give bad advice and I don't trust the medication they put in the vial. I wouldn't go to this pharmacy if it's the last pharmacy on Earth. Walgreens used to be great and a wonderful place to take your RX, but now it's pushy and rude. They don't look out for the customers, just they're bottom line.

The pharmacy at this location is VERY slow. Whether you go inside, through the drive thru, or when you call. I can never call this pharmacy and have someone pick up right away. There's always a 10 minute wait or longer. The automated recording says there's one caller ahead of you, but then you're waiting 15 minutes just to talk to someone. Speaking of automated recording, while you're waiting to speak to someone the automated recording repeats itself every 10-15 seconds saying "I'm sorry for your wait, someone will be with you shortly". That's super annoying to hear every 10-15 seconds when you're waiting to speak to someone one. Imagine being on hold for 10+ plus minutes!! I think this location is understaffed, and it's been like this for years. Management needs to get it together. At first I gave them one star, but decided to give them two since the employees there never gave me a problem. Always polite.
