If you enjoy Arby's and Google reviews you may have seen my other review "consistently the worst Arby's in the triangle" well I'm all about giving credit where it's due as well. This is the BEST Arby's in the triangle. They are clean attentive and best of all take care of the food with pride. I've never had a bad sandwich here. I consistently travel out of my way to eat here.

5 stars for "NOW". The chicken cordon bleu and parm were great. The fact that I got them both for six dollars with a coupon were even better.

Had probably one of the worst Arby's experiences here. I am a vegetarian. I ordered a turkey club with no meat. It's literally lettuce, some cheese (which I asked for), tomato, and mayonnaise. The cashier was a man who was cross eyed and a little off. I love the fact that Arby's has equal employment for EVERYONE. However, this guy was extremely disrespectful. Immediately when I asked for a sandwich with no meat he looks at me and informs me he's trying not to laugh. I brush it off and move on. He then charges me full price, $5 for a sandwich that the back made SATURATED in mayonnaise. I am standing there waiting for my food and I hear him after the person in the back clarifies my sandwich, mocking me and making fun of me to the man who was now ordering food. If this man is so incompetent he can't provide respectful service to customers and makes fun of them then he should not be working someplace at the front. I don't appreciate spending $15 for two sandwiches and two drinks and getting made fun of the whole time and mocked for not eating meat. He literally did this until I got my food and left. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Hands down the best fast-food restaurant experience I've ever had! LOVE the staff here; very friendly, engaging, and just generally polite all around! Would recommend to anyone! And of course, the roast beef is awesome 😆
