We arrived at our reservation time, were seated then waited 15 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. My husband actually had to go to the bar to get us drinks because it was taking so long. The manager took our order but didn't really apologize for the poor service. At first I thought it was us but then after we finished another couple sat down when the restaurant was almost empty and had to ask for their server. The food was mediocre and service was horrible for the price that you pay.

Pumpkin ravioli and ceasar salad. Overpriced $19.99! pumpkin ravioli. The portion size was adequate, but small for the price. You can't really get much cheaper than vegetarian pasta. Why does it cost $20?! There are a few pieces of mushrooms that don't taste fresh, so shouldn't increase the price that much! Bread served with meal isn't fresh. Overall, I would eat here again, but you can get a higher quality meal for cheaper elsewhere in raleigh.

My husband had taken me here for my birthday. They had some party decor on the table for me. I liked the service and the ambience but the food wasn't that great. I have had better Italian food in the area.

I've passed by this treasure for many years and never stopped in. They recently celebrated their 17 year anniversary. Last night, I took a wrong turn and ended up here. It must have been in the stars. Intimate atmosphere with a wonderful staff. Great wine list and of course, excellent eats! Top List Spot!!! Can't wait to come back. Eats, Tunes and Travel strikes again!!!

I went there with my wife late one evening and had a wonderful meal. This place is a crown jewel of Raleigh. I've never had a bad experience here. Our waitress was awesome, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was top notch. They have an extensive gluten free menu which my wife had to order from. Her meal was just as good as my non-gluten free meal.
