I've visited every night for a week around the same time with the same order in drive-through and the order was successful only 3/7. I was not given the incorrect food to the receipt, my card was rung on the incorrect order and given to me. Just be cautious and double check your order before handing your card to pay of the meal you didn't want.

Fantastic as always. Just check you're order on the way out, they tend to get the sauce wrong or sometimes the teas backward (unsweet vs. sweet)

Went for a quick breakfast with my boyfriend before he headed back to Charlotte and was pleasantly surprised by such a kind staff! Bojangles really stepping it up for customer experience. (And the biscuits were killer, duh.)
