In terms of a museum it's great! In terms of its food I'd say find somewhere else.

Its nice clean and fast service,Great chicken sandwich and waffle fries are great. Good place for a good healthy quick meal downtown.

While I can understand that the ordering system here must be very efficient and convenient to those who understand it.. it wasn't for someone who hadn't seen it before. No one really bothered to explain and there wasn't signage to help guide newbies. The food was still good but when you have people pile up behind you while you're still trying to figure the system out.. eh. Even a little whiteboard with a flowchart or some brief explanation would be wonderful.
