Requested 1st floor room from original booking. Didn't happen and staff acted as if they were doing a favor to let us stay here. 1st Marriott that I have ever stayed at that didn't have coffee for their guest. Wanted to charge $4.00 for a cup of coffee.

Not bad. Not great. large expanse layout w with one elevator far from the main desk/area. Beds hard, pillows very soft. Breakfast not free and not cheap. Breakfast service is slow. Overall I would rate it a 6 out of 10.

Great staff, nice area. Marriott staff is always great but the group here goes above and beyond. Had a mishap with my car rental keys and the group here, (Stephanie and colleagues) went way beyond anything I could request to solve the problem. Really impressed me with the pro-active support. Last, there is a great running/walking path 1/2 mile down as well. Great place to stay if you're in Raleigh.

The location is fairly obvious. The service was great. Always an individual in the lobby and at the service desk ready to help. The rooms were nice and clean. No fan in the bathroom. Overall a nice experience.

I've been here for three weeks now with a real estate school and I am very happy with the service. Jeremey is our event specialist that works with Marriott and he is fantastic! He should be promoted. The guy is always happy, professionally dressed and behaved, and he is prompt and courteous. The room is clean, organized and the restrooms are always clean! The bistro is very good and the Starbucks brewed coffee is great. Please note this review is based on the experience I had on staying in a small banquet room- I haven't stayed in a hotel room.
