My wife and I had not heard of arepas and stopped by on our way to the science museum. We absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, served quickly. The restaurant feels bright, modern and was an enjoyable place to savor the fantastic food.

Around 12-ish on Saturday, there was a bit of a line, but it moved quickly. The arepas were very tasty at a good price. The children even liked their food. Sometimes they can be picky, but not this time.

I'm told this is as close to authentic as you can get in the Raleigh area. There is a fun atmosphere, similar to Chipotle. It is an easy, low stress introduction to South American food. It is also delicious.

Their fast, quick and food is always fresh. We got a chance to go there prior to their lunch rush hour, arepas is exceptionally good as well too but I normally would get it separate. Only think I probably recommend is probably the lettuce.

Love Guasaca! Arepas are delicious and I only wish I knew about them sooner. Been going here for a few years now and can't get enough. Food is reasonably priced, employees are nice, and the food comes out fast. There is also a nice outdoor seating area and they will do takeout as well. If you're there before 8, then you can even grab a beer from Bottle Revolution, the bottle shop next door.
