This place needs to SHUT DOWN!!!! Waited 35 mins in the drive thu for 2 small macs and 2 small mashed potatoes and gravy! We couldn't leave out the drive thru because of the way it's set up and when we get to the window the girl offered us a free drink I DONT WANT A FREE DRINK give me back my 35mins I wasted smh NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK

If I could zero stars, I would. I come here because it's near by but the service is horrible. They've been understaffed for way too long now. The wait is always longer than it should be, whether it's in the drive thru or inside. The customer service is horrific! Attitudes attitudes ATTITUDES! I ordered a $5 fill up w/2loaded taco burritos and when the food was done, I only received half of the order. I went back to ask about the other half and it wasn't even made yet. I heard the manager in the kitchen complaining about how she can't do everything and everybody's job. It's ridiculous! I work in customer service and I know how overwhelming it can be but the customer should never see your frustration. The employees act as if they don't want to help and the cool walked out and said "I'm not cooking anything else"??? It's your job. The store needs more staff and management really REALLY needs attention.
