After receiving my food it was very apparent the fries were old... requested fresh and she went around the corner (not to the fry station) and brought back what I think are the same fries...I then said I wanted 'fresh' fries...she started to argue they were but a manger said to go ahead and she would bring them out...the manage did bring a new order...they were hot bit limp... Perhaps they fryer has a issue...very unhappy ....

Fries were limp and cold. Asked for fresh fries they brought back hot limp fries. Customer service is not good. People behind the cointer need better trained as do management

Burgers where not hot. Fries where under cooked. And the drink was not even close to being right after I told the guy at the window 3 times what I ordered.

This is my second attempt at this restaurant. Never again. First time ordered a double quarter cheese meal get home. Everything was there, except the bun. Stupid mistake. Now I order a double quarter cheese meal with large fries and drink. Have a coupon for a free large sandwich I ask for a double quarter cheese. Get home. A regular quarter cheese. They don't pay attention and no one double checks the orders. Both times were drivethrough and both time no other cars. So it's not a rush mistake. It's a stupid mistake. I will never go there again. I would rather drive 30 more minutes to capital blvd

This location is supposed to have a 24 hour drive-through on Thursdays as well as other days of the week. This is regarding a visit to this location in the early morning of Thursday, June 1. I showed up at 12:45 AM to find all the lights in the store completely off and. I got no answer through the drive-through window.

I understand there could have been a system malfunction that happened but given that this is a 24 Hour Drive-through store, I imagine the workers would have stayed and try to get it fixed. The only thing left for me to assume is that they just wanted to leave and go home because they simply felt like that. I would hope that upper management disciplines them accordingly for making the location and get a bad review and lose business. People like this simply don't deserve a job wow there are people out there looking for one that can't find it.
