There is always an issue with under-staffing and the food is either cold or overcooked...We visited with a couple from out of town who had never been to this Outback before and had several issues with our order. The owner comes out and says oh, I've seen you before you always have an issue with the food??? What???? I purposely don't come here.. haven't been here in 6 months and the couple has never been here?? If the owners customer service is like this then I can see why the rest of the operation is not smooth. So if you're a paying customer don't complain....just eat a hockey puck as a steak, cold, and burnt food! I Will not be visiting this Outback..EVER again.

The bar staff had a very bad attitude, complete lack of sense of urgency, and no personality. My coconut shrimp took forever to come out and were burnt. Multiple customers sat at the bar at dirty spots and the bar was not wiped off. My husband and I received our food without receiving silverware as did many other guest at the bar. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! We will not be back to this location.

My $25 med rare sirloin order came out with the sides seared and was completely purple when I cut into it. It was not rare, it was RAW. No staff came to check on our meal and I had to go out of my way to get the attention of our server. She condescendingly tried to explain (incorrectly I might add) what a med rare cool is for a stake and didn’t even look at it, it was purple!
Working my way through school I’ve served everywhere from breakfast to fine dining, and the service here was not worth the price of the meal. I will not come back. It was a Thursday from 6:30-7:30pm.

Our server had a terrible attitude until the check came. The manager went out of his way to tell us that we couldn't box up the 5 shrimp from the unlimited deal we already had remaining on our table. They only bring out a tiny portion at a time. It felt incredibly petty when you're spending $30 per person to have the manager try to tell us that we couldn't take the left overs. Congrats, I'll never be back.

Me and my husband went out for a date night on Sunday around 9pm. This was my first time visiting an Outback. We had a great experience! The customer service was impeccable! We had an awesome server named Tyree who was very friendly and attentive. Even the manager Jeff stopped by to see how our meal and service was. The food was excellent! The steaks were cooked perfectly and the steakhouse mac & cheese was really good! Honey wheat bread accompanied our meal and it too was delicious! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the restrooms being in need of attention. Over all though a great meal and great service. As far as pricing goes our tab was right around $60 (including tax) for a 14oz ribye and a 6oz sirloin each with 2 sides and a drink. Not too bad considering the quality we got in the food and the service. We will be back :)
