Very unprofessional. I ordered a medium pizza half and half and cheese bread. First he rang up just a cheese pizza and cheese bread and told me after charging my card that he forgot to charge me for pepperoni so needed to charge my card again for .84 cents. Then I asked for thousand island on the side and he said no I said I'll pay for it if it is that big of a deal. He said no he could not. So the food gets delivered and the delivery drivers says oh yes we could have given you thousand island on the side. So the cheesey bread came with no sauce and the pizza was drenched in garlic . I called and asked to speak with a manager and the same person (same voice atlease) tells me no the manager was too busy. I said I would hold and he tells me no speak with him. I voice my complaint and in return he says oh okay well I'll let him know. I don't get an apology or any type of customer service. Absolutely no customer service or any care given at all. This is horrible.

In the past, I would've rated this location a 0 but I have recently given it another chance and was quite surprised! I experienced the best customer service, from Farrah, as well as hot and fresh pizza . I returned a week later because of this and was welcomed with the same smile and greeting! This was extremely shocking to me because they are usually rude and do not display concern the customer's needs. Hopefully others will get to experience what I did this evening and last week!

Absolutely atrocious. It took me an hour and a half to get my Pizza (only 2!) and besides that, I had ordered online beforehand. When I gave them my confirmation number and phone number to pickup, they shrugged and said to wait. I had to wait over an hour, and then I got cold pizza. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Stay away!

My cousin ordered some pizza from there. When she arrived to restarestaurant to pick up her order we found out that they have her pizza to someone else by 'mistake' then they had the nerve to tell her she has to pay more money to get another pizza. My cousin went off I them...so then they told her they will happily replace her order without paying more money.
When everyone are that nasty pizza they got diarrhea! Thank God I didn't eat that mess...but my son puked his out!
DO NOT GET FOOD FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I sending this out as a warning to everyone. My Mom was visiting, we went thru the Pizza Hut drive thru. We ordered a 2 topping large pizza it was only $8.65, so we thought, the next day we were doing online banking only to find out that we were charged $95.65!!! Someone gave themselves a nice hefty $87 tip. We returned the next day to Pizza Hut and showed the manager and we did get our money back. But I just wanted to share this experience and encourage you all to check your bank accounts with a fine toothed comb, criminals are EVERYWHERE! Taking my business elsewhere from now on, your loss Pizza Hut!
