Food was good. Service was quick. However, I discreetly informed the manager of a large flying roach that was in arms reach 2 times. He did not handle the problem before it became noticeable to other customers who became irrate. My business partner ended up killing it.

The food an service was great but unfortunately the restaurant needs a good cleaning. The tables, chairs , high chairs, floor was dirty.

Don't have any of these in Durham, so was glad to find a Q'doba nearby, while in the area. The customer service here is great! I really appreciate their attentiveness to my order, as well as helping me to understand the new Q'doba app and all of its benefits. My dine-in experience was great, and I truly feel welcome and appreciated here. To upper management, we NEED one of these restaurants in Durham!

My friend and I ordered online to save time when in the restaurant. We arrived a couple minutes before the pick-up time and were informed that the shrimp had to be cooked for our orders. We ended up waiting thirty minutes for our meal.
When they gave us our food we were informed that my order had been ready the entire time. We could have been eating chips and queso that was already bagged up. By the time we received our food the nachos were completely soggy and the queso was cold. They gave my friend a coupon for a buy one get one free, that upon closer inspection was expired.
Suffice to say neither one of us recommend eating here. If you choose to do so, do not order online.
