Ordered 2 steak power bowls. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Got home and no steak in either one. Shouldve read the reviews before i went there.

Horrible.....slow no matter what time of day you come.... if you do not have 30 minutes of life to waste waiting on food, do not come here. I could have cooked myself

Horrible staff, rude, look and sound unprofessional. Dirty workplace, took 45 mins in the drive thru before, always slow. Just an awful representation of KFC/TACO BELL as a buisiness.

Dang guys. Going on 15 minutes since I ordered a single burrito. Still don't have it. Part of the reason I pick a place like this is cause I don't have 20 minutes to wait for my food. The floor is super sticky and it's one of the dirtiest corporate fast food joints I've been in. Also it's hard to even find the place - the building doesn't even have a sign. Hire more staff, or better if that's the case since these people do not care. It's not even busy. Unacceptable. Avoid this location.
