I can't say enough wonderful things about EA Wells stylist Abbey Walton. I just moved to North Carolina from Chicago, and was worried about putting my hair into unfamiliar hands. She is incredibly talented for such a young stylist: phenomenal at foils, personable, perceptive, and professional. I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome!
The salon environment is calm and clean, and the other stylists seem professional and on point as well. You really can't go wrong in this salon!

Get place! The ladies are so friendly and Melissa is amazing! She knows just want I need and does a great job! I highly recommend paying them a visit!

Had appt with KATIE. Stunning results!!! Would recommend her for cut and colour over anyone I've ever gone to!!! Will tell everyone this is the best in Raleigh

I had a recent haircut and highlights with Gabby and hated everything as the highlights were uneven and layers were choppy. Spent 5 hours of my life and money. I asked the master stylist Melissa flower to look at everything. she did not do much even though I mentioned that my layers are not blending. Again I email to follow up as how can this be fixed. Asked to do another consultation and I shared concern as what will change with second consultation with same person. She did not like raising my voice and Instead of finding the issue she emailed as Thank you for trusting my judgement of your layers and hair style. I take pride in my experience and expertise in the hair industry. On that note, my team and I have done everything in our power to mend what you feel was done incorrectly in order to achieve the look you desired. Unfortunately, at this point we can no longer correct what you are unsatisfied with and per company policy, we cannot offer you a refund on the services rendered. If you would like us to refer you to another salon we will be more than happy to do so, but at this time EA Wells cannot provide you with any further or continued services. I hope you understand my position as a business owner and stylist. Again, please let me know if you would like a referral to another salon. As per my experience they do not want to hear truth and would like someone else to fix their mess. Very unprofessional and unethical.
