Sami has helped me several times in recovering from sports injuries. She really gets in and helps figure out what's causing the pain - sometimes it's not what I've expected. She teaches you stretches to help work things loose on your own and never pressures you to return. I've referred several friends to her with injuries/pain and all of them love her! (I was also referred to Sami by friends). I think I'm getting a little old for some of my sports, but with Sami around I can keep pretending I'm not!

Sami is fantastic! She really helped me with flexibility and averting a repeat of running injuries - both with the massage and with the helpful suggested exercises afterwards. She's great about responding to cues as well, adjusting her technique to best work through whatever issue I happen to be visiting her for at that moment.

Precision massage with gentle communicative technique. Very good pressure where I needed it and I could feel how my tissues were eased from their roots radiating to the rest of my body. My neck had been keeping me from working full days for over a week and nothing seemed to help. I feel 6 stars better! I almost dozed on the table a couple of times it was so relaxing and the time passed too quickly. I was a little dazed at the end so allow a few minutes to reorient from bliss.

Sami is an AMAZING massage therapist! She takes the time to really listen to you and you can tell how much she cares about each and every one of her clients. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does and will often show you strengthening exercises after your visit. I always get off of her massage table with a significant decrease in pain and so much more relaxed. I highly recommend you go to see her. You won't be disappointed!!

A positive and healing experience.

I've gone for several years to see Sami at various frequencies to work on immediate problems or maintain healing during difficult training sessions. The office is cozy, well maintained, and welcoming. The treatment room is always relaxing and comfortable.

After only my first few minutes with Sami, I realized she is doing what she loves and has found a way to apply her desire to help others and her intelligence to her career. She has a passion for understanding an ailment, how it relates to treating soft issue, and how to best address the problem with me. I am always asking questions to learn more about the anatomy involved, what the causes are, why the body is reacting the way it is and how the treatment will work. Her knowledge is amazing, but it's no surprise given how much time she spends on her education and training!

I have recommended friends to her and will continue to do so.
