I was a previous employee of the skin center and they would always bill to my insurance and I never received a bill from my insurance. I went back in November for an acne treatment and just like other reviews I received a bill for $900+. I have been calling and emailing since June and I keep getting told Steve, the manager will contact me back. It is now October and no contact from Steve. I'm beyond furious. Please do not waste your time and money. The staff is great but this is insurance fraud and it's unacceptable! I'm so ashamed to have been working for this company if this was going on at my time of employment.

Collecting insurance money from BOTH of my insurances and already took $300 of my Health Savings Account without me knowing... Charged my insurance $860.00 multiple times for a $75 dollar facial... They will not remove my insurance claims off of one of my accounts, and will not pay back my money they already stole. Mr. Hudak will not call me back after I have been trying to take care of this issue for THREE months and after he says he will. I am astonished at the unprofessionalism, the insurance fraud, the ridiculous insurance claims amounts, the excuses, and they will not return the money they stole from insurance!! Reporting to the Attorney General's office - don't waste your time or money!

I was trying to hold off on posting my review. I was hoping that my experience was not the norm and I was trying to give them time to resolve my billing issues. I initially received a bill for over $300. I made a good faith payment and said that I would pay the remaining amount once my bill was sorted out. That was back in April. I've had promises of return calls etc just like the others. I didn't realize the impact of their errors until I just had to cancel my colonoscopy. It wasn't aware that it was going to cost me $450 out of pocket because this office billed my insurance as out of network (after previously billing as in network). So my payments did not count toward my deductible. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS HEADACHE.

Do not go here. I rarely write reviews and am very forgiving when businesses make mistakes, but this place is a complete disaster. I have emailed and called them about billing questions repeatedly for MONTHS and have always been put off, promised call backs that never came, and ignored. They have very unethical billing practices here, charging my insurance (who in turn charged me) HUNDREDS of dollars ($800+) for services that they charge $75 WITHOUT insurance. They also ran claims on my insurance from two different providers (one in-network and one out-of-network), which is also wrong. Shady happenings, which I am escalating beyond their office. I have done my due diligence in trying to get it resolved to no avail. Don't waste your time, folks.

I received an acne treatment and was told on the phone and in person that it was covered by my insurance and all I had to pay was my copay. Today I received a bill for $230! I called the office and they said they had other patients to deal with and it isn't their responsibility to pull insurance (everyone I spoke with was very rude). I've requested for a manager to call me back (I was told someone might call me Monday.)
