When we got a new puppy, I was so excited about taking him to CityVet, which is extremely close to our home. I had also heard great things about the practice from a friend of mine. When we went for the first visit, everything was "OK," but I learned quickly that CityVet is not equipped to schedule appointments the same day, or even a few days out. We ended up taking our puppy to a vet that he had never been to before to be diagnosed for an eye condition. CityVet could easily have handled the appointment in five minutes. I have since learned from my friend that the practice was not there for her either when she really needed them. In other words, it appears that they are fine for routine visits, but be prepared with an emergency vet if anything out of the ordinary happens. Not something I was comfortable with . . .

Thank you CityVet for recently working us in and always being there for us. Drs. McCrory and Barnes and staff are always available and responsive and provide excellent care and compassion for our pups. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I have nothing but great things to say about CityVet. Dr. McCrory and the rest of the staff made us feel at home and we were very comfortable leaving our dog in their hands. I would recommend CityVet to anyone- especially those living in the downtown area!
