Nice clean place only partially pet friendly if you like river rock for them to walk on.

Very poor management! The younger blonde manager on site was yelling at the top of her lungs at a person who lived & worked there when my grandkids were present! They were subjected to very harsh words!! She pulled the plug on a mans leaf blower during daytime hours while yelling at him that she was trying to enjoy peace & quiet! I also witnessed her unleashing her dog on a cat that lived there! Cat was doing no harm! She also talked down about one of my friends who came to visit who has parkinsons disease calling him a druggie because of how he shuffled his feet, the way he looked & how he walked into the park rather then driving in!! I was shocked! At night we turned our car lights off or to dim as not to bother the overnighters & others who lived there & we were told that we were being sneaky & so therefore we looked suspicious! Lol! It was out of consideration for others that we did this always! Why would we have to sneak out of our home & back?? They were making us sound like we were that of our friend that is dying of a horrible disease that they considered druggies! I wouldnt recommend staying there for any longer then one night to at least enjoy the Sacramento River & the close surrounding area of Redding Ca!

On the Sacramento River it is quite . Clean and well kept up. Very reasonable rate. Laundry , pool , restroom & showers . Boat ramp we don't of one (boat) but useful tho . All in all a nice place to stay for us 2 days . Thank You from The Costanza Family 😎🤓

The park itself is meh. Run down, small, completely sun-exposed with only a couple of semi-shady spots. The office hours are limited and late night check-ins (meaning past 6pm) have no access to wifi, no bathroom codes, etc. Also note that they ONLY ACCEPT CASH and demand that you drop cash in a door slot. (Which feels sketchy, right?) They do not accept checks or credit/debit cards at all. To make matters worse, they have made no efforts toward accessibility.
Regarding accessibility: The office, laundry, restrooms, showers, etc. are up steep stairs rendering even the most basic check-in process completely impossible for many people. (Even the pool requires stairs to enter.) Worse is that they have made no efforts to comply with the ADA in even the most basic sense. There is plenty of room for ramps and effort but they haven't tried to comply. When asked about it, we were told that wheelchair users should use "things out there" I guess meaning our own showers and such? But what about the laundry, and the OFFICE? This is an incredibly flagrant disrespect to a significant portion of the population and paints a reliable picture of how the owners of this property have prioritized the needs of the public.

No wonder why there's hardly anyone here. My husband and I paid for one week and by the fourth day, the management put two parties next to us when the whole rv park was empty. The tenants kept giving us dirty looks for no reason. When we're about to leave, my husband noticed that someone had put a nail in one of our tires, though we did not know who. I wish this was all a joke. The experience we had here was horrible. We wish we had never stop by.
