Budget Car Rental

If I could give Budget no stars I would. Be careful using this serivice. This particular location ripped me off. I reserved a car from this location via credit card. I specifically asked over the phone three times if this company accepted the type of card I had. I was told they did. When I arrived I was told that they could take my credit card because they didn't accept the type of credit card I had. I was informed by the card company that budget had withdrew $200 from my account and was not going to tell me. Now I'm going through hell trying to get my money back. Be aware of this budget location they are a scam!

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. Made us wait for over an hour, then still gave us a car that had been sitting their the entire time. Will never rent from here again.

Facility is clean, Staff is professional and friendly,
Whenever there's a problem it gets handled very quickly by staff,
We get upgrades and discounts
All the time, cars are clean and well taken care of,
I recommend the ford cmax hybrid
It was the coolest car,
NOTE: Avis and Budget occupy
The same building.
Great selection of cars,
Stay away from the airport
They'll charge a special tax if you rent from there.
No wifi, easy parking, a little hard
To see from street.

Highly recommended.

If you use budget at all, go to the airport and not this one. We had rented a car from an Oregon location to drive here and drop off. After having hassles and complications (not have the car we reserved and leaving a day late) with the company in OR we just wanted to drop off and be done with the car. We were told that if we drop off the car within the 24 hour period of renting then we would not be charged additional charges. We rented the car at 8am so had to return by 8am the next day. We actually went and returned at 6am, but there was no overnight drop off so came back when the store opened at 9am and were told we were being charged "no matter what deals we made with another location" which was annoying because it was not a "deal", it's the way the contract works and on top of that they weren't even open during the time we were there to drop off. We then had to go through the hassle of calling the OR location and customer service to get this solved. My whole expierence with this company has been a hassle (excluding customer service, they were great) and I'm not going to bother going through them again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Best place I've ever rented a car, which my wife and I do often here. Fast, friendly, personable service, where you're treated like a friend and valued customer, with absolute respect. Cars are typically nearly-new, and often upgraded. I'd never even think of going to the airport location, which I occasionally did in the past, nor would I consider competitors, even if they were less expensive. Highly recommended!
