I’m was a returning client with an elective procedure. They regularly discount this treatment and asked repeatedly when it was going to be a special again. 3 times asked, went through with procedure, 2 days later it was discounted 800.00. Their attitude was “So sad, too bad””. Went through all appropriate channels and there
was no response or a willingness to meet with me. It was a high school reunion and my vanity cost me too much. Be careful when dealing with Dr and staff. Nice as pie as long as they get your money.

We were referred to Dr Stratte to have warts removed on my son. His general physician said it was foredyce that would not go away with the freezing process. Dr Stratte insisted that the freezing process would work so we tried 2x to freeze them off and they only got worse. Now we are stuck with a $400 doctor bill for service that was not successful. We will not be going back to her and will search out for a new specialist who can actually take care of what we are paying them to take care of.
