The doctor that “saw” me refused to help me, look at me ,or even touch me because I pre warned her of a stomach surgery I had. I went in for a possible flu and a doctors not for work and “doctor” was extremely rude and treated me so poorly. I can’t see myself going back if this is the service they provide.

I don't understand why they have such low ratings. I've always gone to Hilltop Medical Clinic for all of my urgent walk-in related issues. Yes, the wait can be lengthy but what do you expect for a walk-in clinic that's always busy? I personally know almost all of the medical providers but Dr. Jorde is hands-down my favorite! He's caring, personable, humorous, and educated! I don't mind waiting longer for exceptional service.

Went in on a weekend for severe cough/respiratory problrm. Dr. & staff were friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal for a walk in clinic: 30 minutes. I felt confident about care and Rx. I'd go back.

I have been going here for nearly 10 years and have never had an issue until now. I was never informed that some testing would be extra cost and was surprised by a bill. I have had these same tests done yearly and it was never a cost before. When I called for resolution it was a SOL moment for me. The place has changed and has become impersonal and cold. If my doctor ever left I would continue on with him but as for using the facility as a primary care. No more.

Best medical experience I have had in years. Who knew you could get strep in your 50s with no tonsils? I didn't, but I was so glad I saw Dr Pierce and found Hilltop Medical Clinic. Top notch medical treatment, a very clean office, a very pleasant staff even when I was really sick and not very pleasant. And here's the clincher, I listened to each staff member -doctor included- thank each family for coming in to their clinic. When's the last time your doctor thanked you for choosing their services? It was nice to be treated with respect and value. I'll be back☺
