Bit of a wait people are nice but they only sent half of the prescriptions to the pharmacy and have been trying to contact them to get the other of my daughters prescriptions sent over with no response from them for a week now and they seem to always be closed I think I'm going to have to change providers since the will not even return calls but have no problem taking your insurance money for services aand not finishing the services very frustrating what kind of urgent care is closed more than open get real

Pathetic.... just went to the door at 540pm on a friday.with a possible ear infection.door was locked and was shood away.. By the front desk lady..saying they were closed..front door says six p.m.... unbelievable.. why is it urgent if they dont care..everytime I have went here it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Awful! Unfriendly is an understatement they were downright rude. Doctor didn't care about what I had to say or address any of my concerns and only fixed the most minor part of the whole reason I came in. Now waiting for appointment elsewhere so I can see a doctor who actually listens and cares.

This place is amazing! I was there for a long time, but the staff was super kind. I believe he was Physicians Assistant, Terry, was really sweet and helpful. He was really interested in helping me instead of rushing me off. I had an awesome experience.

There is a mix of kind professional people, and unkind unprofessional ones. Unfortunately the latter are the ones who stand out. The Medical Assistant Ben was very unprofessional, telling dirty jokes while waiting for the physician. He also had trouble doing a simple finger splint, and caused me extra pain. Sarah Planchard is great, shes my primary, but she is way over booked, and I never see her. The other physicians I saw just sent me away for x-rays and told me come back in two weeks for a walk-in, because they are too booked up to schedule a follow-up appointment. This happened three times, and each time I saw a different physician who had no previous knowledge of my injury. When you go in for walk in treatment the wait time is abhorrent, and the staff make you feel like a burden. They have no compassion for people. Especially those who may be in pain or had something traumatic happen when they were injured, and are not only seeking treatment, but care as well. I am now in the process of changing my primary care provider.
